Leadership The clan's leader is BLKDVL. He handles the major administrative decisions, with the assistance of the High Elders, Elders, Council Members, and other older, respected members of the clan. Several aspects of the clan are lead and managed by normal members who have chosen to volunteer. Without these volunteers the clan would not, and could not function properly. These guys are the true leaders of the Scorpions.
